A Culinary Journey
Brandon Knight, better known as Chef B.K. was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. While growing up, he was immersed into sports such as basketball, football, and track and field. His athleticism helped him build a strong work ethic which motivated him to work his way up from a dishwasher to a line cook. Chef B.K. has worked in the food industry for over 10 years at some of the top casual and family owned restaurants in the area. His career also includes working at world renowned resorts and 5-star restaurants. When Chef B.K. first broke into the food industry, he realized he not only had a passion for cooking, but also for entertaining through food. In June 2020, Chef B.K. saw the need to offer his community restaurant quality meals in the comfort of their own home or vacation rentals. He established a KNIGHT of Fine Dining, in which he creates unique and local comfort dishes with a fine dining experience.

People of the world…. If you’d like an experience of a lifetime in your own home, Chef B.K. is your man. Ultimate Professionalism. Perfection from the staff and the meal. Oh my gosh.. .the meal….from the crab cakes and Antipasti Board, to the Prime Filet to the Chocolate Mousse dessert. Mouthwatering. The service was impeccable and we have made new friends. He made my man’s special 70th birthday and our anniversary celebration a “Knight” to remember forever. He easily accommodated with ease our family of 15.
